
I am a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist and counsellor with many years of experience. I offer psychotherapy to individuals and couples in London Bridge, Tunbridge Wells and online.
Psychotherapy is structured, safe and confidential opportunity for you to talk about the difficulties you are facing, without fear of judgement.
You can expect me to listen deeply to both your immediate experience and to what lies underneath. Much of what we experience is hidden in our unconscious mind and through psychotherapy you can start to explore this less immediate and less obvious part of your psyche.
Greater self-awareness can be a useful starting point to making change and reducing the difficulties you experience. Changing your emotional and relational patterns can be more difficult and takes time. You can expect both my support and to be stretched to consider things on a deeper level. Usually psychotherapy is an open-ended process in which we explore together what has happened so far and what you can do to change that experience for the future.
Psychotherapy is a great resource to look at how to navigate life's challenges.
Our relationship will be the most important aspect of working together. Through this you will be able to increase your self-awareness and insight.

If we don’t work on our trauma and process our pain, the likelihood is that we will seek to discharge the unresolved experience by passing it on to others.
Partners may need support at any time in their relationship. In couples therapy we explore what is happening and seek to find a way forward. Good communication is the foundation to resolving the difficulties you face.
