A place to be heard
I offer an opportunity for you to talk about anything. Coming to therapy can feel a little scary at first but I aim to create a really safe space for you to share even the most difficult things. I will listen and reflect back what I hear, encouraging you to say more. Together we will explore your experience, to make sense of it, to consider how you can find a way to move forward. Counselling can sometimes be brief and focussed on a specific issue and Psychotherapy tends to be longer and go deeper into understanding your situation and maybe understanding things anew.
